For app functionality we process the email address used for first-party sign-in, account and subscription identifiers, a random app-generated device identifier and device/app metadata, App Store purchase and subscription metadata, country-level region derived from locale or time zone, registered-device and selected-region records, connection-result and diagnostic data, and content submitted to in-app support. Our own API security records may include source IP, time, requested ProON endpoint, technical client data, and response status.
During an active VPN tunnel, destination addresses and DNS data are processed transiently only to route traffic. ProON does not record or retain destination domains or IP addresses, DNS queries, full URLs, search queries, browsing history, or traffic content.
We use the data only for authentication, subscription and StoreKit entitlement verification, device limits, VPN configuration, requested region selection, service security, abuse prevention, reliability diagnostics, support, and applicable accounting or legal duties. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or profiling, or track users across apps or websites. Apple processes App Store purchases. Contracted hosting, data-center, VPN, and email-delivery providers process only the minimum necessary on our behalf. Disclosure may also occur when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Credentials are stored in Apple Keychain. Preferences and the random device ID are stored locally. Account, device, purchase, support, usage, diagnostic, and security records are kept in access-controlled ProON or contracted infrastructure only as long as required for their stated operational, security, support, accounting, or legal purpose, then deleted or anonymized. Account deletion is available in the app under Settings. An Apple subscription is managed separately through the App Store.

Для работы приложения мы обрабатываем email для входа, идентификаторы аккаунта, подписки и устройства, сведения о покупке в App Store, регион уровня страны, данные устройств, выбранного региона, результата соединения, диагностики и обращения в поддержку. Во время работы VPN адреса назначения и DNS обрабатываются только транзитно для маршрутизации. Мы не записываем и не храним историю просмотра, поисковые запросы, DNS-запросы, полные URL, содержимое трафика или посещённые домены и IP-адреса. Данные не продаются, не используются для рекламы, профилирования или отслеживания. Аккаунт можно удалить в Настройках приложения.
